MOVE WITH GRATITUDE: EVOLUTIONARY TRANCE DANCE in West Palm Beach is a 9 hour experiential and transformational journey into Intimacy, Self-Expression & Joy.

April 22 - EVERYONE  11:00 AM - 8:00 PM

The basis for this one-day workshop is for the participants to have a break-through experience in intimacy, self-expression and joy.  The Trance Dance workshop includes meditation, rebirth breathing, light stretching, and evolutionary trance dancing.  It mixes modern technology; existing training practices, music and ancient wisdom to support us in “remembering” what we already know and to create a clear space from where we can move closer to our dreams and goals.

Move with Gratitude: Evolutionary Trance Dance was born out of Jo Englesson’s vision and commitment to have people live a life of freedom and joy while being fully self-expressed and to create a community of likeminded individuals with a passion to make a difference in the world. 

“This workshop is about finding the answers from within” Englesson says as she explains that over 50% of the workshop is blindfolded.  Englesson provide each participant with Mindfoldâ glasses that creates total darkness while keeping the eyes open.  “It really is something else, the combination of the music, movements and the blindfold will have you reach new levels of connection, trust and self-expression” Englesson continues “It is a must experience workshop.”
